What is the next step?

If your question isn't here, write to us. We'll answer it and, if it helps, add it to this page.

Questions and answers

What kinds of service robots do you offer?

Cleaning robots (autonomous scrubbers, warehouse sweepers, UV disinfection where it applies), point-to-point delivery robots and basic floor service robots such as reception and hosting. Equipment is chosen for the task, not the manufacturer.

Which brands do you work with?

We work with partner manufacturers and pick the equipment for the task. We don't publish manufacturer names on this site.

Does the robot replace my staff?

No. It takes the repetitive tasks and leaves the detail work, the care of people and the decisions to your team. In practice the crew goes from pushing the machine to supervising it.

Does it run without human involvement?

No. It has to be charged, emptied, given a clear path and its alerts handled. Anyone who promises otherwise is selling the spec sheet, not your floor.

Is it safe around people?

With a reviewed map, sensors, agreed rules and a stop button, risk goes down; it doesn't disappear. See the guide on safety, mapping and coexistence.

Who handles maintenance and spare parts?

InnovaBlack: deployment, maintenance, spare parts and support in Mexico. Your team handles the daily tasks.

What happens if the robot fails?

Diagnosis, repair or a continuity solution as set out in the proposal, with the task going back to people in the meantime. Response times are agreed in writing.

Rent or buy?

All-inclusive monthly rental or purchase with support. You decide after a pilot on your site.

How much does it cost?

We don't publish prices: they depend on the equipment, the site and the service. They come in the proposal after we see your site.

How is it tested before deciding?

With a measured pilot: a visit, preparation, a trial that records results and interventions, and a decision.

Can it connect to AI agents?

Yes. A synthetic agent can receive the request and hand the task to the robot, with human supervision. It's optional.

Do they work in hotels, hospitals, offices and malls?

Yes, on bounded tasks: deliveries, common-area cleaning, reception and guidance. Each setting has its own rules and is reviewed before proposing; in hospitals, non-clinical tasks only.

What data do the robots collect?

It depends on the model: sensors and sometimes cameras to navigate. What is stored, where and who sees it is requested from the manufacturer and agreed in writing, aligned with your privacy notice.

How long does a pilot take?

Each case decides: it depends on the site, the task and what you want to measure. It's agreed before starting, along with the criteria for deciding.

What if the pilot doesn't work?

It stops with no rental or purchase committed, and we explain what we learned.

Do I need to change my systems to connect a robot?

No. A cleaning robot works on its own. If it connects with agents, Agentic OS plugs into your systems without migrating them.

What about humanoids?

That's a separate conversation: there's a page on what can be bought today and what's still in the lab. For service tasks today, cleaning, delivery and reception robots are the ones proven in real use.

Which task should we automate first?

The one that is long, repeats every day and has a clear route: cleaning corridors, carrying supplies from one point to another or walking an area at fixed hours. Tasks with many exceptions or a lot of human judgment come later.

What does my building need to receive a robot?

A drivable floor, a place for the robot to charge and rest, corridors it can pass through and, if it uses an elevator, a way to coordinate with the building. It's checked on a visit before anything is proposed.

How long does it take to train my team?

You train the people who will share space with the robot: how to switch it on, how to stop it, what to do on an alert and whom to call. It's a hands-on session at your site, with written material, reinforced during the pilot.

What happens with my company's data?

You agree what data the robot collects, what it's used for, who sees it and how long it's kept. Ask for it in writing before starting, and for any use other than operating the robot to require your authorization.

Can I cancel if I'm not convinced?

That's what the pilot is for: you decide with results in front of you before signing a rental or a purchase. The exit terms of a monthly service are agreed in writing from the start, not afterwards.

Who do I talk to first?

Luz, InnovaBlack's AI assistant. She asks a few questions about your business and a person on our team picks up from there. No commitment.
